Guests can check-in after 15:00. On the day of the check-out they can use the room until 11:00.

From 07:00 to 10:00.

There is a deep parking (garage) near the hotel, there is no need to make reservation. The garage has two entrances. It can be accessed from Király street 8. and from Paulay Ede street 3 as well. At the entrance guests get a parking ticket. If they present it at the hotel reception they can pay there. The holder of a 'Hotel Carat Parking Permit' can use the neighboring guarded garage at the daily price of 10.000 HUF (26 EUR) / car / night (24 hours). The parking fee will be charged to the room account and can be paid upon check-in.

The hotel has a luggage room that can be used free of charge.

To have a guaranteed reservation, guests need to provide valid credit card details. 10 days before arrival the hotel blocks the amount of the first night. This can be used at the payment or they can pay with a different card/cash. In this case or if the reservation is cancelled in time the hotel will release this blocking.

The hotel is non-smoking.

Every guest has to pay the city tax/tourist tax. It is 4 % of the net booking price.
